- All work is guaranteed!
- Due to the distinctively subjective nature of photography and digital imaging, we use a system
of estimates and e-mail proofs to protect all parties from potential misunderstandings.
- Digital files produced from original prints may be used by Pixels in Time for advertising and/or display only.
This is subject to written prohibition by client.
- Although painstaking care will be taken with your original photographs, Pixels in Time must limit any
liability for loss or damage of original photographs to the return of any deposits made and/or free restoration
service for one other photograph.
- Prices and services are subject to change
- Although we make efforts to perform every restoration, we do reserve the right to return
restoration requests without service if the requested service is beyond the scope of these
services or cannot be performed due to equipment limitations.

- Images on this website are created by Pixels in Time and protected by copyright, unless otherwise stated.
- Copy-righted photographs require a signature from the original artist. By submitting photographs
to us for restoration or reproduction, you affirm that no copyright has been infringed upon. Please e-mail us if
you have a question about copyrights.

| Payment and Shipping |
- For your convenience, we accept Visa and Master Card through PayPal. We also accept personal checks payable to Elizabeth Sipps.
- Shipments are made through the United States Postal Service priority certified mail. We can ship to addresses
in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to post office boxes.

and are not sold to third parties. We value your privacy.
- We use return e-mail addresses to answer the e-mail we receive. Such addresses are not used
